__Select 3 of the available designs. Each burp cloth is embroidered or monogrammed onto a premium 6-ply cloth diaper. Select from the following designs:

1. B is for..
2. Capital letter and name
3. Bicycle and name (if name is long, it will go under bike)
4. Monogram over design
5. Initial in circle with name
6. Initial in circle
7. Froggy/name (if name is long, it will go under frog)

Please inform of name desired, designs desired and if monogram is chosen, please make note in this form: First name: John, Middle name: David, Last Name: Jones OR First initial: J Middle Initial: D, Last Initial: J. Thank you - we want to get that right. :)
